1. Product Terms of Service

This Product Terms of Service (“Product Terms”) is between Libertas Consulting, LLC (“Libertas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Tim & Julie Harris® Real Estate Coaching, and you (“you” or “Buyer”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Harris AI Real Estate Team product (the “Product”), you agree to these Product Terms and to our general Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about this Product, these Product Terms control for that conflict.

These Product Terms are written for this sold product. They are not a substitute for advice from your own attorney. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

1.1 What the Product is

Harris AI Real Estate Team is a digital product that provides access to a prepared AI real-estate specialist team (including Avery and related specialist roles), workflows, reference materials, assignment briefs, guides, trackers, and related member materials as described at checkout and in your delivery materials.

  • Price: $4,997 USD, charged as a one-time purchase (not a subscription and not an auto-renewing membership).
  • Premier Coaching is not included. Purchase of this Product does not enroll you in New Premier Coaching or any other coaching membership unless separately purchased.
  • AI provider accounts. Where the Product requires you to use a third-party AI platform or account (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), that account is separate. You are responsible for creating and maintaining any required third-party account and for any fees those providers charge.
  • Updates. Where checkout or delivery materials state a period of released updates or upgrades (for example twelve months), that period begins on your purchase date unless otherwise stated in writing.

1.2 Educational purpose; no professional advice; no guarantees

The Product is educational and operational support only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or brokerage advice and does not create a professional-client relationship. Real estate laws, forms, and brokerage rules vary by jurisdiction. You must use your broker’s and state association’s current approved forms and consult your broker, attorney, and/or accountant before relying on any script, draft, form language, or strategy.

We make no guarantee of income, results, compliance, or outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, market, skill, and circumstances. Testimonials are individual experiences, not promises.

1.3 AI output

The Product uses artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content—especially numbers, market data, legal or compliance language, and anything client-facing—before you use it. AI tools are not a substitute for professional advice or your broker’s approved forms. You remain responsible for every message, call, post, filing, or contract action you take.

1.4 License and acceptable use

Subject to payment and these Product Terms, Libertas grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your own individual professional use only.

You may not: share or transfer login or access; sell, rent, or redistribute the Product; scrape or reverse-engineer the Product; use the Product to build a competing product; or use the Product for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, or to comply with law.

1.5 Purchases, billing, and refunds

Prices are stated at checkout. You authorize Libertas and its payment processors (including Kajabi and its processors) to charge your payment method for the amounts due, including applicable taxes. Except as required by law or expressly stated in writing at checkout, fees for this Product are non-refundable, including for change of mind, non-use, or partial use. Chargebacks for valid charges are a breach of these Product Terms.

1.6 Delivery and access

After a successful purchase, access is delivered through the Tim & Julie Harris member systems (Kajabi and any linked product workspace we designate). Delivery details may include setup guides and specialist materials. Features may be added, updated, or discontinued during any stated update window. Temporary outages or third-party platform issues can occur; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore access.

1.7 Intellectual property

All Product content, prompts, workflows, training materials, recordings, software, marks, and tools are owned by Libertas or its licensors. “Tim & Julie Harris®,” “Harris AI Real Estate Team,” and related marks are our trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

1.8 Third-party services

The Product may rely on or link to third-party services (payment processors, AI platforms, hosting, email, analytics). We do not control those services. Your use of them is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

1.9 Limitation of liability; indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Libertas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to this Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for this Product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Libertas and its members, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Product, your violation of these Product Terms, or your reliance on Product output in your real estate practice.

1.10 Dispute resolution; governing law

Except as required otherwise by law, disputes are governed by the dispute-resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver, opt-out, and governing-law provisions in our general Terms of Service (Libertas Consulting, LLC; Dorado, Puerto Rico).

1.11 Changes

We may update these Product Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Product after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Product Privacy Policy

This Product Privacy Policy explains how Libertas Consulting, LLC collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Harris AI Real Estate Team Product. It supplements any site-wide privacy notices and the practices of our platforms (including Kajabi).

2.1 Information we collect

  • Purchase and account information — name, email, billing details processed by our payment providers, and membership account identifiers needed to deliver access.
  • Product usage information — login activity, pages or tools you open, setup progress, support requests, and technical logs (device/browser type, IP address, approximate location, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the Product.
  • Content you provide — information you enter into forms, trackers, prompts, or support channels while using the Product (for example business details you choose to share so specialists can help you).
  • Communications — emails or messages you send about the Product, and transactional messages we send about access, billing, and support.

2.2 How we use information

  • Deliver, personalize, maintain, and improve the Product
  • Process payment and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Provide customer support and respond to purchase questions
  • Send transactional notices (access, updates, security, billing)
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms
  • With your consent or as otherwise allowed by law, send relevant product or coaching communications (you may unsubscribe from marketing emails)

2.3 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Product (for example Kajabi, payment processors, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers)
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • A successor if Libertas is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy

Third-party AI platforms you connect or use may process prompts and outputs under their privacy policies. Do not enter sensitive personal data, client confidential information, or regulated data into prompts unless you are authorized to do so and understand how that platform handles it.

2.4 Cookies and similar technology

Our member sites and checkout may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

2.5 Retention

We retain Product-related account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the Product, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Support and usage logs are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymized where practicable.

2.6 Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including under CCPA/CPRA and GDPR where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@timandjulieharris.com. We will verify and respond as required by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails; transactional messages about your purchase or access may still be sent.

2.7 Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

2.8 Children

The Product is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2.9 International transfers

We are based in Puerto Rico / the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

2.10 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Product Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
